This project was always intended as a build-and-sell SaaS asset. I designed it as a niche, scalable marketplace with deep integrations (Firebase, Stripe, Slack) and high upside—but with the goal of handing it off to a founder or team better positioned to operate, grow, and monetize it.
Rather than fully launching and scaling it myself, I focused on building a high-quality, ready-to-go foundation—so a buyer can skip the 3 month dev cycle and move straight into customer acquisition or product expansion.
