I'm essentially selling this project at a loss. I've paid considerably more than $3k for the branded domain name, the logo design, and the content, which was kickstarted by fully human-powered processes at $200-300 per article. The site has proven its ability to rank in the SERPs and generate revenue. I still genuinely believe there's a ton of potential to own this niche, especially if you're comfortable getting on camera or making faceless YouTube videos. I just don't have the time, budget, or energy to pursue it when weighed against the other projects I have going on.
